I act as a mediator in complex commercial and contractual disputes, often in cross-border contexts involving multiple stakeholders and sensitive operational or reputational environments. My experience spans the mining, oil & gas, construction and IT sectors, and includes disputes relating to supplier and subcontractor relationships, executive-level (C-suite) situations, as well as matters with a compliance or regulatory background (anti-corruption and ESG).

My approach is structured and pragmatic, combining clear process design with strategic thinking around dispute resolution pathways. I focus on creating the conditions for informed decision-making, while maintaining momentum and keeping parties engaged, especially at critical moments.

I pay close attention to both the substance of the dispute and the dynamics between the parties, helping them move beyond positions and explore workable paths forward. I am driven by witnessing transformation, when effective dialogue allows human connection to emerge, and by contributing to outcomes that are both effective and lasting.
