Short Introduction
I am an accredited mediator with over 15 years of experience in workplace and commercial dispute resolution, working with international organizations, businesses, and public institutions.
What motivates me most in my work is seeing dialogue restored where it once seemed impossible.
I am particularly proud of my ability to manage sensitive, high-stakes cases—whether between individuals, teams, or large groups—always with empathy, neutrality, and a focus on durable solutions.
About Work
Over the years, I have facilitated training programs for international organizations such as the ILO, WIPO, and the European Investment Bank, as well as for universities, professional schools, and multinational companies.
What I love most about being a facilitator is creating a safe and dynamic space where participants can experiment, reflect, and grow—turning difficult concepts like conflict management or emotional intelligence into practical skills they can use immediately. I am particularly proud of delivering highly interactive trainings, where role plays, simulations, and real-world case studies allow participants to build confidence and learn by doing.
In addition to mediation and conflict management, I have coached managers, HR professionals, and teams on effective communication, leadership, and collaboration. My motivation is to help people discover new perspectives, develop their potential, and build healthier relationships.
