About Work
Tim initially practiced in commercial litigation and subsequently worked in-house, where he developed a business minded approach to lawyering. Nonetheless in both contexts, he came to see that there must be a "better way" to resolving disputes. Upon discovering mediation, Tim realized he'd found that "better way", that can work in likely the majority of disputes. After some dispute resolution coursework and volunteer mediation activities, Tim discovered CEDR and was convinced that mediation held great power and potential. Tim has been honored to be involved as a member of the training faculty at CEDR and learns from his faculty colleagues and the candidates at each training session.
