Our Course Curriculum
Pre-course
Mediation Handbook and Simulator
Before you start the course, prepare by reading the CEDR handbook and practise mediating using CEDR's unique online Mediation Simulator.
Days 1 & 2
Teaching & Practice Day
Focus on developing knowledge of mediation theory and process, as well as practising the key skills for an employment and workplace mediator.
Day 3
Teaching & Practice Day
Focus on developing knowledge of mediation theory and process, as well as practising the key skills for an employment and workplace mediator.

This course is an IMI-Certified Mediator Training Program (CMTP).
