The course exceeded my expectations. I could not imagine that it would be so rich, informative, intellectual and really difficult. I had to put aside all my knowledge and skills about negotiation and communication and start anew with a clean slate.

Everyone should have exposure to the skills and knowledge CEDR can bring to all industry sectors. This course alone will help in all aspects of negotiating with any stakeholder or partner and in preventing conflicts before they become a major issue.

I've been on £50k+ of courses in past three years. This is best organised, explained, throught through course of all of these. No doubt it aids the experience and most importantly the impact/retention of learning. Quality all round.

I did not really know what I was getting myself into when signing up for the CEDR Mediator Skills Training earlier this year ... As of yesterday I am a CEDR-Accredited Mediator! It was a great and intense course, highly recommend it to anybody. It will make you a better person, no less than that.

The CEDR Mediator Skills Training was delivered virtually with great expertise and attention to detail, both in relation to the technology and the course content. There was humour and chat as well as very effective learning and I believe the skills we acquired in virtual interaction will be very useful for the future. I have developed mediation and communication skills that I hope to augment going forward and which will be helpful in all areas of working life.

While the convenience of attending a virtual CEDR training course appealed to me, I presumed it would not be as personable or as enjoyable as attending a physical course. I was wrong. The training was seamless, so well-coordinated and very well resourced in terms of support personnel and trainers from CEDR. I was surprised at how we were able to connect and bond so well during the course. I gained a great insight into the mediation process and the communications skills required. It was a truly worthwhile experience.

The virtual training was very effective at teaching the skills required to be a good mediator and the virtual practise sessions helped us hone those skills and put them into practice. Thanks to the trainers, I am confident that I can be a good listener, process manager and mediator - both in a virtual and a live setting.

Not only did the course give me a full understanding of all the elements of the mediation process, but it really helped me to hone and improve my listening and coaching skills. Furthermore, it helped with my negotiation ability both as a mediator and in collective bargaining. I was hugely impressed by CEDR's ability to create a virtual environment that easily supported my learning.

The Virtual Mediator Skills Training was extremely thorough, stimulating and enjoyable. It was especially good at training the use of a particular set of skills with opportunities for practice and feedback. The use of video technology to deliver the course online was seamless and made the training feel very personal.

The Mediator Skills Training Course helped highlight my strengths and weaknesses which will enable me to develop as a General Counsel and as a mediator. It also provides invaluable learnings for anyone wanting to enter the mediation arena or improve their conflict management and communication skills.

It was by far the best course I’ve attended. I couldn’t have succeeded without the incredible collegiate nature of the CEDR faculty and my fellow participants.
