Webinar/Event Bookings
By purchasing a place to a CEDR webinar or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, illness, or weather conditions.
2. Event Changes
CEDR reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, venue, speakers, performers, or activities at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond CEDR's control (including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, venue issues, or safety concerns), tickets will remain non-refundable. CEDR may, at their sole discretion, offer ticket transfers to a rescheduled date or provide a credit for a future event.
4. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying CEDR in advance (if applicable). CEDR is not responsible for resolving transfer disputes between private parties.
5. Admission Rights Reserved
The event organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
6. Personal Responsibility
Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the event. CEDR is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the event.
7. Photography & Media
CEDR may photograph, film or record webinars and events. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. CEDR may use this media for promotional and marketing purposes.
