Mediator Professional Development (MPD) – Advanced Negotiation

This training module expands further on the specific area of bargaining and negotiation within mediation, drawing from current theory and the experience of practised mediators. It will cover the key areas of advanced bargaining skills, probing and reality testing potential offers, how to convey an offer strategically and blocks to negotiation and bargaining.
