What is the Independent Adjudication Scheme for Assets for Life customers?

The Independent Adjudication Schemes provides an informal and independent way of adjudicating disputes between Assets for Life and their customers. The Service is the final stage of the dispute resolution process and applies to claims by customers for compensation or any other remedy available under the Scheme Rules.

Scheme Process

Step 1 

Contact Assets for Life directly to raise your complaint.

Step 2

If Assets for Life is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you can escalate your complaint to CEDR.

Step 3

CEDR will review the matter and will issue an independent adjudication, that is binding on the company, if accepted by you.
