What we can do

We provide independent arbitration for disputes relating to cavity wall insulation provided by installers who are registered with the Cavity Installation Guarantee Agency and the Installation Assurance Authority (the IAA).

The scheme is set up to arbitrate disputes that have not been resolved through the installers own complaints procedure.

  • If you want to know more about how we can help you with your CIGA & IAA complaint, please visit our Help & Guides.
