Faiza Alleg Dolivet is an international commercial mediator, lawyer and dispute resolution specialist with extensive experience in cross-border commercial disputes, ESG and governance matters, business human rights, compliance and international contracts. A CEDR and CMAP accredited mediator and member of the Paris Bar, she advises multinational organisations, public bodies and family businesses on complex disputes across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
 
Drawing on more than 15 years' experience in international business law and senior in-house legal leadership, including as Regional General Counsel for Boart Longyear, Faiza combines commercial insight with a strong understanding of risk management, cultural dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
