Felicity Steadman is one of the UK's most experienced workplace and employment mediators, with more than 35 years' experience resolving disputes across employment, workplace, discrimination and commercial matters. Head of the CEDR Mediator Training Faculty and a Fellow of the Civil Mediation Council, she has mediated hundreds of disputes in the UK and internationally.

Experience & Mediation Approach

Workplace and employment disputes form the foundation of Felicity's mediation practice. She regularly mediates disputes involving workplace relationships, discrimination and Equality Act claims, grievances, executive conflicts, organisational change and commercial disagreements.

Before becoming a full time mediator, Felicity worked in industrial relations, labour law and dispute resolution in South Africa and the UK. She has spent more than three decades helping organisations, employees, trade unions and senior leaders resolve conflict and improve workplace relationships.

Her mediation experience includes employment tribunal disputes, discrimination claims, partnership conflicts, team disputes, leadership challenges and commercial contract matters. She is particularly experienced in disputes involving strong emotions, complex relationships and sensitive workplace dynamics.
