I have mediated over a thousand times in both the commercial and education sectors with a legal background as a senior partner in an international law firm in the construction and engineering/real estate disputes sector, as well as being a SEND accredited mediator and a member of CEDR Faculty. I am familiar with dealing with all types of litigants including from individuals who are neurodiverse to large corporates and public bodies. That requires a versatile approach which is often described by others as practical, empathetic and firm, with where appropriate a touch of humour and a non judgemental style. I am very happy with in person or on line mediations. I am also used to managing mediations with a number of parties and/or participants.
