About Work

Wolf von Kumberg mediates complex international commercial, aviation, technology, construction and investor state disputes. He regularly assists multinational corporations, government agencies, investors, insurers and commercial organisations in resolving disputes involving contracts, procurement, intellectual property, corporate governance, international trade and major infrastructure projects.
 
Before establishing his independent ADR practice, Wolf held senior legal leadership roles at Northrop Grumman and Litton Industries, overseeing international disputes, regulatory matters and commercial operations across multiple jurisdictions. His experience spans arbitration, mediation, adjudication, conflict management systems and global compliance programmes.
 
His mediation experience includes aviation and aerospace disputes, technology and software conflicts, construction and engineering claims, insurance disputes, shareholder disagreements, corporate fraud matters, investor state disputes, intellectual property claims, shipping disputes and complex international commercial contracts. He is particularly experienced in disputes involving multiple jurisdictions, high-value claims and sophisticated commercial relationships.
