I am passionate about mediation and the transformative power it has bringing people together to address common issues. I approach mediation as a problem solving exercise working with the parties to explore there needs in order to move on and then assist in crafting workable solutions that they can live with. My broad experience as a lawyer and business manager for over 25 years, gives me the hands on experience needed to be an effective disputes resolver.

About Work
My background as an international lawyer and GC for several technology companies gives me the knowledge and expertise needed to resolve complex domestic and cross boarder commercial disputes. In my past roles I have covered all facets of dispute management, resolution boards, adjudication systems, ADR guidelines, policies and procedures, global conflict compliance and governance programs, government procurement and supply chain dispute management. I have worked extensively with ADR institutions to develop appropriate process design mechanisms for highly complex disputes
including state-to-state, investor-state, and commercial matters. He is a thought leader in the development of investor-state mediation and dispute risks emanating from the energy transition. In recognition of his service, he has been appointed by the President of the Worl Bank to the ICSID Conciliation Panel.
