Mediation Advocacy Skills Training

This course provides lawyers with the much-needed skills required to meet the demands of representing clients in today's mediations. It aims to empower participants to confidently and successfully engage in mediation when it offers the most beneficial option for their clients. At the end of this training, participants will be equipped with the skills needed in mediation advocacy and will be able to maximise the settlement benefits for clients at a mediation.
