This workshop introduces delegates to the concept of mediation and highlights its effectiveness in relation to conflicts.
Effective dispute resolution services have always been regarded as something that a civilised society should provide for its citizens. Where parties cannot agree outcomes for themselves, a principled and neutral process offering an adjudicated outcome has typically been established by mutual social consent.

Cost
£1600 (+ £280 VAT) - 1/2 day course for one group of up to 12 delegates
£2500 (+ £437.50 VAT) - 1 day course for one group of up to 24 delegates
The fee includes training delivery and the provision of learning materials. The fee excludes faculty travel and subsistence expenses, training accommodation and catering.
Venue
This course runs on an in-house basis. Alternatively CEDR can arrange a venue at an additional cost.
