As the ADR landscape changes and an increasing number of precedents are being set, EDR law brings together for the first time all legal developments relating to ADR under the banner of Effective Dispute Resolution.

The section provides an easily accessible resource for tracking judgments, Civil Procedure Rules, Court Guides and Pre-action Protocols linked specifically to mediation and other ADR processes. It does not include litigation and arbitration cases.

The comprehensive list of cases can be searched according to their relevance to topic area, practice area or Civil Procedure Rule.

Links are also provided to the Ministry of Justice and Court Service's websites to ensure that the most up-to-date versions of the Civil Procedure Rules, Court Guides and Pre-action Protocols are available.

Additionally, quick access to a summary of each judgment is exclusively available to CEDR Members.
