Partnership building
As part of the new and closer relationship between CEDR and the CIArb, from the purchase of IDRS Ltd, CEDR and the CIArb are working together in a number of ways. One will be to organise a series of debates, examining the field of ADR. Along-side this, CEDR and the CIArb will also be producing research to develop the understanding of ADR and its application.
