UCL win CEDR Sponsored National Student Negotiation Competition
We are delighted to announce that the winners of the 2014 National Student Negotiation Competition are Andreea Toma and Ryan Al-Hakim, representing University College London. In a very strong National Final, sponsored by CEDR, held in Newcastle on 29 March, Andreea and Ryan came first with the judges by displaying impressive teamwork, strategy and understanding of negotiation thinking. They will now represent the United Kingdom at the International Championships in South Korea.
Second Place went to Sahil Sinha and Philippa Smyth from the University of Law (Bloomsbury) and Third Place went to Diane Hill and Jennifer Morris representing University of Law (Manchester).
CEDR, who provided a day’s training in Negotiation skills to the Finalists and helped judge the Final, would like to congratulate all of the Finalists on their achievements in getting to the National Final. We would also like to thank Mark Saunders from Kingston University and Ross Fletcher from Northumbria University for organising the competition.
