The Postal Redress Service (POSTRS) is an independent alternative dispute resolution body, certified by Ofcom.
Our role is to adjudicate disputes between postal operators and their customers when complaints have not been resolved through the operators own procedures.
We will ask both the customer and operator to submit evidence related to the dispute. The evidence will be provided to a legally trained adjudicator who will issue a decision that will become binding on the operator, if the customer accepts the findings.
POSTRS is a free service for consumers.
