Low Cost Mediation Service

The service

This service has been specially developed by CEDR Solve for disputes involving two parties where the value of the sums claimed do not exceed £125,000 and cost control of the process is essential. The Service is called Mediation 125.

When using this service the parties must agree that CEDR Solve will select the mediator having considered the nature of the dispute. All mediators appointed under Mediation 125 are CEDR Accredited, adopt all of CEDR's mediation best practice protocols and are subject to the same level of quality control that applies to our larger commercial cases.

Before applying for this service please note the following:

  • Mediation is a voluntary process and both parties must agree to mediate before we can assist
  • A suitable date and venue must also be agreed between the parties before we can appoint a mediator
  • Payment of the mediation fee must be made at the time of application

CEDR Solve cannot provide a mediation service unless or until all parties have agreed to participate.
