CPD Master Class Seminar: Questioning in Mediation
- First hour - Gerry O’Sullivan, Mediator and Author of "The Mediator's Toolkit: Formulating and Asking Questions for Successful Outcomes”. In her book Gerry shows that knowing how to formulate and ask incisive questions to get to the core of a conflict, challenge entrenched thinking, and shift perspectives which are in turn the main challenge for mediators and the key to successful conflict resolution.
- Second hour - James South, CEDR Managing Director and Gerry O'Sullivan will lead a workshop session designed to exploring the skills around questioning in mediation.
This Profesional Development Session (carrying 2 CPD Points) is relevant for those interested in Mediation, Negotiation and Dispute Resolution.
These sessions are open to all members of the CEDR Exchange Professional Development Network and can be watched online by those that cannot attend in person.
