Whether parties want to appoint their own mediator, select from a list of recommendations or choose from our directory of profiled mediators, there are no hidden fees and our terms and conditions are clear and precise.
Our fees are very simple.
Administration Fees
If you know which mediator you would like to appoint, or ask CEDR Solve to recommend a shortlist of three mediators, or ask us to choose for you, our services are normally free of charge. We may charge parties administration fees for some activities carried out by us at the parties request as detailed below.
Professional Fees for Our Mediators, Adjudicators and Arbitrators
Our mediators are charged out at an hourly rate, that will vary depending upon experience, seniority in the market and circumstances of the case. The hourly rate is agreed with the parties prior to the mediation and before any fees are due. Fees are due once the case has been confirmed.
If parties would prefer a daily rate this is usually calculated as the hourly rate x 13 hours. The hours are made up as 8 hours for the mediation and 5 hours preparation time. Other durations may be set according to the number of parties or complexity of the case.
All services provided by CEDR Solve are subject to our terms and conditions.
