CEDR acts as one of three dispute resolution bodies appointed by NHS Resolution to provide independent mediation services to the NHS for clinical negligence and personal injury cases.
NHS Mediation Service Mediators
CEDR developed a specialist mediator panel for this service. Mediators are drawn from a range of backgrounds and are all accredited by CEDR and approved by NHS Resolution.
Having been involved in mediating these cases since the beginning of this service, our mediators have collectively mediated hundreds of medical negligence cases. CEDR will allocate mediators according to their suitability for each case

Felicity Steadman is one of the UK's most experienced workplace and employment mediators, with more than 35 years' experience resolving disputes across employment, workplace, discrimination and commercial matters. Head of the CEDR Mediator Training Faculty and a Fellow of the Civil Mediation Council, she has mediated hundreds of disputes in the UK and internationally.
Drawing on a background in industrial relations, employment law and conflict management, Felicity is recognised for her expertise in workplace conflict, Equality Act disputes, executive and leadership conflicts, organisational change and complex employment matters.
